Key Responsibilities:

To be successful on this role, you must have:

• Develop and implement strategic business development initiatives to drive company growth.
• Identify and cultivate relationships with multinational companies in the technology, healthcare, and recruitment sectors.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create tailored solutions for clients.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions.

Requirements:

To be successful on this role, you must have:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in business development roles within the information technology, healthcare, and recruitment industries.
• Proven track record of working with or servicing multinational companies.
• Experience working with mobile application developers, software engineers, data scientists and analysts, scrum masters, etc.
• Basic understanding of computer programming concepts.
• Proficiency with Office 365 suite (MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Word, MS PowerPoint), Windows OS, MacBook, MS Project, Jira, SharePoint, MS Teams, Zoom, GitHub, etc.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
